How to request deletion of your data from SetterFlow

Overview

SetterFlow respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of data we have collected through our services, including data associated with Facebook and Instagram integrations.

What Data We Store

When you use SetterFlow with Facebook or Instagram integration, we may store:

  • Your Facebook/Instagram Page ID and name
  • Access tokens (encrypted) for sending messages on your behalf
  • Message history between your chatbot and users
  • Profile information of customers who message you (name, email, gender, locale, and timezone, when available)
  • Conversation metadata and analytics

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Through Your Dashboard

If you have an active SetterFlow account:

  1. Log in to your SetterFlow dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Find your connected Facebook/Instagram accounts
  4. Click "Disconnect" to remove the integration
  5. Optionally, delete your entire SetterFlow account from Account Settings

Option 2: Through Facebook

You can remove SetterFlow's access through Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Click on "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find SetterFlow in the list of connected apps
  4. Click "Remove" to revoke access

When you remove the app through Facebook, we receive a callback notification and will delete your associated data within 30 days.

Option 3: Email Request

Send a data deletion request to:

info@oraclestudios.io

Please include:

  • Your email address associated with SetterFlow
  • Your Facebook Page ID (if applicable)
  • A description of what data you want deleted

Deletion Timeline

Upon receiving a valid deletion request:

  • Immediate: Access tokens are revoked and integration is disabled
  • Within 7 days: Message history and conversation data are deleted
  • Within 30 days: All associated data is permanently removed from our systems
  • Backups: Data in encrypted backups is purged within 90 days

Confirmation

After processing your deletion request, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. If you made the request through Facebook, you can verify the deletion status through Facebook's app settings.
