5. Third-Party Integrations

When connecting third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram):

• You must comply with each platform's terms of service and policies
• You authorize us to access and use data from connected accounts as described in our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect business pages and accounts
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• Chatbot responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your chatbot's behavior
• You should monitor chatbot interactions and adjust settings as needed
• AI responses should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human review

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create (system prompts, knowledge base content). You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service. The SetterFlow platform, including its design, features, and code, remains our intellectual property.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SETTERFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
